Q. What do you do?

Q. What is the process?
After we speak with you about your home, the first thing we do is set up a time to visit the property. We do this so that we can properly assess any repairs or upgrades that need to be done to the home. Within 48 hours we make you an offer and if you accept we move forward to close on the home.
Q. How much does it cost to work with you?
We charge you absolutely nothing to work with us. You will be responsible for paying any mortgage, personal or property liens on the home, prorated taxes, or prorated HOA fees. We will cover the cost of the owner title policy, escrow fees and filing fees.
Q. How quickly can you purchase my house?
10-14 days is the quickest close, as long as title is clear. We can also be flexible and give you more time if you need it to move. Simply ask us and we can work something out that works for everyone.
Q. What paperwork is involved?
We take care of all of the paperwork involved from start to finish with the guidance and direction from the professional title company we use. You will be in on every step, and we strive to make everything simple and seamless for you so that selling your home is enjoyable.
Q. Can you buy my house if it is facing foreclosure?
We can buy houses that are facing foreclosure as long as we have enough time for title work to be completed before the auction (generally it takes 3-5 days to receive a title commitment, from there it varies dependent on what is necessary to clear title).
