Woodstock Circle - Before
As investors, we believe it is our duty to add value to the neighborhoods where we purchase houses and provide a safe and wonderful place for families to live. It was a dream come true to be able to flip a house in our own backyard! We had walked by the house for years, and heard bands playing inside many many times. And then one day the music stopped, and we never saw anyone there anymore. We reached out to the owner a few times, and one fateful day, we received a call. A few weeks later, we were at the closing table, ready to love this beautiful house.
