Woodstock Circle - During
Everything ran smoothly during the flip. We wanted to remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining space but needed to install a beam in order to support the house properly. Doing this was tremendous for the living space. Once doing so, we realized it would make a huge difference if we raised the ceiling over the main kitchen area to be even with the rest of the space.
The floors in the main areas already had dark brown vinyl tile, so we were able to keep that and incorporate it in the design. When we decided to move the kitchen wall, we pulled that brown into the stain of the beam, and the new fireplace mantle.
As everything comes into place, the anticipation for seeing the results were hard to contain!
