Asymmetric Roofside (Before) (Part 1)
In the kitchen, we're going to take half of this wall out and.
Put into. The cabinets and a nice peninsula that goes out into.
The living room.
We're actually. Going to redo all these cabinets. We're going to have to redo a.
Window. We're just at one here.
And some new cabinets, new craft hops, new sink fixtures, all that kind of stuff. And then the footprint everywhere else will mostly stay the same. But we're going to take out this pantry and over so that there's a nice big pin in the left.
There's still. A really great size eating area here, which is awesome. We're going to obviously have new lighting, so we don't have this little light here. So we're going to get some of those puff lights that are on the ceiling and then in the living room we're going to take off the paneling.
We're going to change the floors everywhere, obviously.
Touch the walls? Paint, perhaps. The ceiling, I don't think.
That's really a good selling point. So we're going to, we're going to take care of that and then we're going to paint the.
Fireplace and do a mantle and all that good stuff, so it's going to be a really nice open, warm space. It's going to be awesome here.
At the front of the house we've got.
This great room we're going to turn into an.
Office. We've. Got a lot of the natural light coming in here, so fresh paints and shelves over there that are under the stairs will be just a really awesome storage.
And just make this room all open. It's already got French.
Doors which? Is awesome. So all of our trim and everything is going to get painted.
So it's going to be really bright and fresh in here.
And just. A great office in this.
Beautiful home. I have 3 bedrooms downstairs.
Of them just need.
Some paint. But this one right here, so a little interesting thing going on they.
Turn the closet or one of the closets into a bathroom. So we're going to.
Lean. Into that and.
Gut this New floors, new toilet.
New sink, new shower.
And then we're going to close in this.
Closet situation so that there's just a normal traditional Georgia to go into the bathroom. So it'll be nice to have an en suite here.
But then there's a hall bathroom as well, which is great for guests and then for the other two bedrooms.
This bathroom will also get gutted new everything in.
Here, so we've got two nice fresh bathrooms within the bedrooms.
Paint and. Clean up and new floors and just just a refreshing here upstairs.
There are two bedrooms, so we're going to turn this into a game room so that there's a nice, good place to be and, you know, have games and movies and all that good stuff. We're going to open up this door frame so it's a little more open to the hallway.
Well then the next thing is it comes in the bathroom and up here is laundry.
Which is unique, but we're going to make.
Going to change out the counter pops and the gears, the lighting and all that kind of.
And then this whole shower bath situation is kind of interesting.
So this wall is going to come out.
And we're going to move the shower head over to this wall, retile everything and have tiles move all throughout for this tub out and put a freestanding tub.
Probably along this wall over here. So the bathtub is going to get a.
Total makeover that's going.
To be nice and open and.
Just flow a little bit better new.
Tile floors, of course.
And then this is going to.
Be a master. This room has a.
Really great light.
Awesome. It's a.
Huge room. You could put a bed in a.
Sitting area and a closet on the wall. It's just a burger room and it looks into the backyard.
So that is what we're going to do with upscale. We are Eversan Cooper, your as is homebuyer.
